Finished chapter 2 of Even Cowgirls... tonight and sent it off to the poor beta-reading fools friends. So now I need to work out what ought to happen in chapter 3 and 4, then make them all work in terms of interconnection etc. I'm about 700 words over where I wanted to be with the first two chapters, so I may well add a bit more to chapter 1 and increase my overall word count to 9000 or 9500.
